At TeeTurtle, we want you to love your new gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you get back to being your happiest self.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately after your request is submitted.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
